Air travel to Vanuatu in April is more expensive as it is the school holidays. Air Vanuatu is the only airline flying direct from Auckland at this time. The Rotary Club of Port Vila however, has negotiated an agreement directly with Air Vanuatu for conference attendees at special rates. The special rates will only apply for bookings up to the 30th of November 2019 and must be paid for by the 5th of December 2019.
The rates are:
Auckland – Port Vila – Auckland: NZD $761 per person (including taxes)
Noumea – Port Vila – Noumea: XPF $47,900 per person (including taxes)

The Rotary group allocation provided by Air Vanuatu for the return flight on Monday 27th April is now full. We are seeking an additional allocation but this cannot be guaranteed.

Hot tip: if you are planning to visit another island in Vanuatu, it is considerably cheaper to book the flight together with your international flight.
